Before Your Appointment

Hey beautiful, I’m excited to see you.

 

Come with a face free of makeup and oil based skin care. A deep cleanse followed by a lightweight water based moisturizer is advised. Ensure the eye area is free of lash glue and makeup of any kind, lash-line completely clean.

 

Wear comfy clothing and have adequate hygiene. Low buns and ponytails are not advised, as they will need to be taken down to perform the service. Please do not drink coffee before your appointment as caffeine will interfere with effective lash placement, due to jittering eyes.

 

Absolutely no eye contacts, ever.

 

Please review your balance, the policy and your style choice(s). Please arrive with updates to what was expressed during your consultation, if any. Your questions and concerns are embraced and warmly welcomed.

Payment

Payment is due at the beginning of your service. Cash payments and E-transfers are accepted.

 

E-transfers are acceptable forms of payment given they are processed and deposited prior to leaving the studio. As with cash payments, you are advised to send the E-transfer at the beginning of your service.

 

Deposits of $30 are required at the time that you book your service, and deducted from the total cost. You are welcome to transfer a deposit if you decide to reschedule in a timely manner, as outlined below. Deposits are not refundable if you cancel your appointment.

 

No shows will pay for their service in full and rebook with a new deposit.

 

There are no refunds on any services.

 

Rescheduling

Is fine. Please give at least three days notice. You can transfer your deposit to the alternate date that you selected. You cannot reschedule an appointment more than once. Consecutive instances will be subject to evaluation and can result in a seize of future services.

 

Similarly, Cancellations are fine so long as you give the same three day notice.  Please note that in this instance, your deposit is forfeited and non-refundable.

 

Running Late

Is understandable. You have a 15 minute grace period. A $5 fee is applied to the maximum grace period of 20 minutes post your appointment’s start time: afterwards, your appointment is cancelled. There are instances where I can make exceptions, but it must be discussed. A timely start and finish ensures an optimal experience for all. If this criteria is not adhered to, you will unfortunately be treated as a no show.

During your appointment

Kick back, relax, and perhaps, gently anticipate your gorgeous set of lashes! Be sure to keep your eyes closed during the appointment. Moderate conversation helps to prevent excessive eye movement that could impede your service. You could also feel free to request music/podcasts/movies etc of your choice if you would like background noise. If you just want to sleep or rejuvenate, we can have a silent appointment. Your comfort is my priority!

 

Housekeeping

If you are bringing a friend to your appointment, please let me know. They are welcome so far as they are courteous of the appointment’s progression. Do not bring children or pets to your appointment.

 

If you need to eat, we can pause briefly; however you cannot station food in the lash room. There is a kitchen where your food can be stored.

 

No rushing! I am a talented artist with attention to detail and this type of precision takes time. You can expect your service to take anywhere from 2.5-4 hours, and clients that choose to leave cannot return to complete their service later.

 

Lastly, be kind. Dalinda Lash reserves the right to deny services to abrasive or rude persons, and they will forfeit all costs accumulated from their service. Clients are also responsible for the behaviour of their guest.

 

Any parties that do not adhere to housekeeping will be promptly escorted out of the premises. Lets keep Dalindalash safe and personable for us all!
